Your Account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile reasonably current.
• You may not share accounts or use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful conduct.
• No impersonation, fraud, spam, or attempts to abuse the platform.
• No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt our services.

Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

We may review reports, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also take action to protect users and platform safety.

User Content

You are responsible for content you upload or send. You grant us the rights needed to host and display your content to operate the service.

Account and Enforcement

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks. We may also remove content that violates our policies.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app. Account deletion is irreversible and may retain limited safety and compliance records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

Constellation is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update features, policies, and these terms over time. When we make material updates, we will update the date above and post the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Constellation and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
