How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run Constellation (for example, hosting, analytics, and messaging vendors), and as required by law.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove core account data including profile information, profile photos, push tokens, and matching activity records. Historical group messages are retained but anonymized. Limited moderation and compliance records may be retained where required for legal, safety, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.

You can request account deletion in-app. This process is irreversible. After deletion, core account data is permanently removed, including profile information, profile photos, push tokens, and matching activity records.

Historical group conversation records may remain to preserve conversation continuity, but deleted users are anonymized. Limited moderation and abuse-prevention records may be retained to maintain platform safety.

Your Choices and Controls

• You can edit profile and preference information in the app.
• You can control location settings from the app settings page.
• You can request account deletion from inside the app.
• You can contact us to ask questions about your privacy rights and data handling.

Children

Constellation is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 18.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the date above when material changes are made.
