Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Constellation account directly in the app.

In-app deletion steps

  1. Open Constellation and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Cannot access your account?

Email privacy@constellationsocial.com from the phone number or contact email tied to your account and include your deletion request.

What deletion does

  • Your profile and authentication account are permanently deleted.
  • You are removed from all groups.
  • Your profile photos and push tokens are deleted.
  • Swipe and avoid records tied to your account are deleted.
  • Historical messages remain in group history but are anonymized.
  • Limited moderation and compliance records may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
